2025 International Conference of Physiological Sciences

CALL FOR SYMPOSIUM PROPOSAL

 

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the Chinese Association for Physiological Sciences (CAPS) will host the 2025 International Conference of Physiological Sciences (ICPS2025) at the Hangzhou International Expo Center, Hangzhou, China, from October 9 to 12, 2025.We are now inviting proposals for academic symposia. Details are as follows:

Symposium Organization and Requirements:

1. Official language: English.

2. Organizers and speakers must attend and present in person. Video recordings or other online formats will not be accepted.

3. Each symposium last 2 hours, include 4-5 speakers, with at least one overseas scholar, female scientist and young scholar are encouraged.

4. Organizers serve as the main organizer, and may invite a co-organizer to co-chair. The organizer is responsible for coordinating with speakers, ensuring they register for the meeting, submit abstracts, prepare their presentations, and, if applicable, assist with travel reimbursement for international speakers.

5. Organizers and speakers must participate in only  one symposium. They cannot participate or present in multiple symposia. 

6. Fees: Selected organizers and speakers are exempt from registration fees. Travel and accommodation expenses are self-funded.

2025年国际生理学学术大会

关于征集学术专题研讨会的通知

 

尊敬的生理学界同仁：

您好！

中国生理学会（CAPS）主办的2025年国际生理学学术大会（ICPS2025）将于2025年10月9日至12日在中国杭州市的杭州国际博览中心召开。杭州以其迷人的自然风光和深厚的文化底蕴而闻名，是全球生理学家齐聚一堂的理想之地。ICPS2025将为来自世界各地的研究人员提供一个充满活力的平台，共同分享生理学领域的最新研究成果和进展。

国际生理学学术大会（ICPS）系列会议始于2008年在北京举办，随后于2012年在苏州、2016年再次在北京举办，最近一次则是2024年在青岛举办。ICPS2024是疫情后该系列会议的首次国际性盛会，取得了巨大成功。大会吸引了来自16个国家和地区的1800多名参会者，会议内容包括6场大会报告、42场专题研讨会以及2场青年生理科学家论坛。这次盛会的高水平学术交流和广泛参与进一步巩固了ICPS作为全球生理科学合作顶级平台的地位。

为了延续这一成功并进一步加强国际合作，中国生理学会联合多家国际知名学会共同发起了ICPS2025的筹备工作。除了欢迎来自中国各地的生理学家参会外，中国生理学会还特别邀请了在世界各地建立实验室和研究项目的数百位华人生理学家参与。他们的加入将为大会注入新的活力，促进思想和专业知识的深入交流。

本次会议将以大会报告、专题研讨会、口头报告、墙报展示和会前工作坊等多种形式，围绕国内外生理学领域的科研和教学研究的最新进展，开展广泛深入的学术交流。现诚挚向您征集专题研讨会主题，具体事项如下： 

专题研讨会召集原则与要求：

1. 语言：英语；

2. 召集人和报告人须线下参会报告，不接受线上形式的报告；

3. 每个专题时长为2小时，包含4-5位报告人，每个专题至少包含一名海外学者，鼓励邀请女性科学家及青年学者；

4. 召集人默认为专题主持人，同时邀请一名共同召集人共同主持专题。召集人负责组织专题与报告人沟通，包括但不限于提醒报告人按会议要求注册、提交摘要、准备报告及部分国外报告人报销差旅费等；

5. 召集人和报告人具有唯一性，不得在其他专题中主持或者报告；

6. 费用：最终确定的召集人和报告人免交注册费用。差旅及食宿自理。
