Acta Physiologica Sinica 

Acta Physiologica Sinica is a bimonthly journal that is organized by CAPS and the Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, CAS.. The journal was first called the Chinese Journal of Physiology. It was started in 1927. Acta Physiologica Sinica publishes research papers, research summaries, experimental methods, and reviews. These focus on individual research projects in physiology and related life science disciplines. The journal's predecessor was the Chinese Journal of Physiology, which was founded in 1927. Since 1953, it has been renamed the Journal of Physiology. The journal is listed in many databases, including Medline/PubMed, Biological Abstracts, Chemical Abstracts, Index Medicus, BIOSIS Previews, Excerpta Medica, Scopus, Index Copernicus, and CBST.
